Success Story
Kittle's Furniture
Kittle's Furniture is a 17 store retail operation offering the Midwest's largest selection of furnishings and accessories from around the world. The demands of this large retail organization's data center requires the processing of vast amounts of data including massive data retrieval and reporting as well as system disk and database backup.

Tom Wirt of Kittle's Furniture recently discussed why he feels EnterpriseSCHEDULE is the best scheduler for his data center. Their round the clock operation requires the IT staff to process a vast array of extract reports that compile data on such vital retail functions as inventory and stock analysis and sales figures. They also perform successive backups of the system disks and execute database backup and verification on about 40 volumes. All these operations are performed flawlessly using a lights out approach with EnterpriseSCHEDULE running over 400 jobs.
ISE software "does a great job of doing what it's supposed to".

Tom commented that the features he likes most include EnterpriseSCHEDULE's threading capabilities which enable him to run jobs in order using a job's successful completion to initiate subsequent jobs. He also praised the e-mail notification features, referring to them as an invaluable tool in notifying individual users of the completion of reports and backup jobs. In addition, he found EnterpriseSCHEDULE's ability to organize his internal business practices extremely useful when initially using the product.

Tom mentioned the fact that they've had few problems with the software and have had good response from the technical support personnel. When asked what he thought of EnterpriseSCHEDULE overall, his response was that it "does a great job of doing what it's supposed to"..
